Service pointsIn the Hanover area there are 110 Service Points ('Servicestellen') with tickets and travelcards, timetables, GVH information, combination tickets and travel tips for visitors. Sales pointsAnother 170 kiosks, stationers and other businesses sell the most commonly used tickets and especially Cards, although they do not carry the entire range of GVH products.  Ticket machinesYou can buy Tickets from a machine at all railway stations and all tram stops and underground stations. At the railway station machines and üstra’s ticket machines you can pay with your chipcard and money.  On boardRegioBus and üstra drivers will be pleased to sell you a ticket. The üstra buses have all the tickets for immediate travel but not carnets or Cards. You can pay by chipcard on üstra buses. On RegioBus vehicles you can buy almost the full range of Tickets and Cards. Please note!You cannot buy tickets on Deutsche Bahn trains or üstra trams, so buy and stamp your ticket before starting your journey. On DB trains you cannot stamp your ticket – please use the validating machine on the platform. |
