Solaris Urbino H12 and H18

The ÜSTRA disposes of a total of 36 hybrid buses including 27 articulated buses (18 metres long) and 9 standard buses (12 metres long), which have all been manufactured by Solaris.

Particularly during periods of a high level of traffic and in areas, where only a lower average speed is allowed, the hybrid bus saves fuel compared to diesel buses of similar performance. Also with respect to noise emission, these vehicles are one step ahead.

The hybrid buses

The ÜSTRA bus fleet comprises currently 62 hybrid buses (including 35 solo buses and 27 articulated buses). The hybrid buses were manufactured by MAN (26 buses) and Solaris (36 buses).
