How it works
1. Install the app & sign in
Install the app on your smartphone and sign in. Add a payment method and complete the registration.
2. Check in before your journey
Before starting your ride, open the app and tap the ‘Check-In’ button to confirm the start of your journey.
3. Check out after your journey
Once you have arrived at your final stop, open the app again and tap the “Check Out” button. The journey is now complete and the fare will be calculated automatically.

How much will my journey cost?
The fare is calculated based on the distance travelled as straight-line distance. “Straight-line distance” refers to the direct and shortest distance between the starting and destination stops.
The fare consists of a basic fare per journey (1.40 € for adults and 0.42 € for children) plus the cost per kilometre travelled (currently 0.24 € per kilometres travelled as the crow flies for adults and 0.07 € for children).
The system ensures that, for many of your journeys, you won’t pay more than you would for a comparable single, day or monthly ticket:
