Everyone has probably left something behind at some point, but whether it’s your smartphone, wallet, or an umbrella – we’ll help you get it back! Here you can find all the details on how to retrieve items you’ve lost with ÜSTRA or our partner companies. Please note that lost and found items are kept for a maximum of 6 months.

Please contact our lost and found directly – either by email, by phone, or in person. Our staff will be happy to assist you in recovering your lost items.

The lost and found of ÜSTRA and regiobus is located in the FIRST travel agency.
What else you should know
Mass lost property items (including umbrellas, gloves, hats, scarves, etc.) are not recorded electronically. You can only inquire about these items directly at the lost and found in the Nordmannpassage.
A lost property fee of €2.50 will be charged, payable upon collection.
If you are unable or do not wish to collect your items yourself, you may authorize another person to do so. This person must present a written authorization signed by you. Alternatively, we can send your lost items to you by post. In this case, you will also be charged the shipping costs.

When are lost items ready for collection?
Items you have lost on a ÜSTRA vehicle are available for collection at the following times:
Day of loss | Possible collection |

Monday - Thursday | Second working day after the loss |
Friday - Sunday | Tuesday of the following week |
Items you have lost on a regiobus vehicle are available for collection at the following times:
