Whether you need detailed information or just a ticket, you can get all the information you need and purchase tickets from one of our approximately 150 service and ticket partners in your area. Our approximately 70 service partners offer a slightly more comprehensive service than our other 80 ticket partners in the region.
ÜSTRA ticket partners in your area
Are you looking for a ticket? You can purchase day, single or monthly tickets from any of our over 80 ticket partners in the region, as well as from ÜSTRA ticket machines and ticket machines operated by metronom, enno, WestfalenBahn, erixx, DB, start and Transdev. You can recognise shops that sell tickets by a flag or sign with the words GVH Fahrkarte (GVH ticket). You can purchase most of our ticket range at these kiosks, stationery shops and other stores.
Video assistance
The Hanover S-Bahn (Transdev) offer video assistance at some ticket machine with an additional second large screen, microphone and loudspeaker. Passengers can communicate live with an employee – just like in a conversation at a shop, except that the advisor is connected via video call.
Service and consultation
Do you require a more detailed consultation or have a specific service request? Our approximately 70 service partners will happily give you all the information you need about fares, the network and of course you can also purchase tickets. You can also obtain your personal customer card and subscription forms for all subscription tickets. Tourists are also provided with travel and sightseeing tips.
